SHIPPING POLICY

When you shop at Annie Oh Western, you can expect your order to be shipped within 1-2 business days with tracking provided by Australia Post. Please note that once orders are posted, we have no control or responsibility over the delivery process. Delivery dates are estimated by Australia Post and there is no guarantee that orders will arrive by the given date. For tracking information and estimated delivery times, as well as non-received goods, please visit auspost.com.au.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Annie Oh Western. If for any reason you need to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receiving it.

Depending on the circumstances you may be eligible for a refund or store credit.

To initiate a return, simply email us at hello@annieohwestern.com.au with RETURN REQUEST in the subject line. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return the goods. Please note that returning goods without first requesting may result in your return being rejected.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn, unused, and with its tags and original undamaged packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings. Additionally, no returns or exchanges will be accepted on sale items or gift vouchers.

DAMAGED GOODS

At Annie Oh Western, we take pride in ensuring that all of our goods are in perfect condition before they are shipped out. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong during transit. Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you have received the incorrect item.
